How to Set Up a Blogger Blog to Make Money Online As An Affiliate Marketer Sign Up for a Free Blogger Account. Blogger is owned by Google so unlike Wordpress you can make money with your Blogger blog a number of ways including Adsense
After signing in click on
Create a Blog I provided the hyperlink for you in case you can't find it in the upper right hand corner
Blogger Makes This Very Easy Fill in a Blog Title. Don't worry, this can be changes by editing later if you need to do so.
Choose your blog address (url)
Click on the link that states Check for Availability. Repeat this process till you find a url that is available.
Click the funny looking letters to make sure your a human being
Click the arrow that states Continue
You may now choose a template. This is the design how your blog will look. Just clickon the template. Then click the arrow that states Continue.
You'll now see a line of text that states Your Blog Has Been Created
Click the arrow that states Start Blogging
Create Your Blog Post
Add a title.
Add the body text.
Now here's a good little secret. If you're have this information on a webpage or blog you can copy and paste it to this one! If you're copying from a webpage you may need to use a
free blog utility I wrote to get rid of extra spaces.Don't worry it's not just for Wordpress blogs.
You may now click on Save or Publish post. Your blog post will not appear until you've Published it.
Design
Click on Design in the upper right hand corner
Now click on Monetize. This will set up Google Adsense for you. When visitors who click the Google Adsense links you will be paid a percentage of this. DO NOT click the links yourself. Google can tell if you do this.
Under Design, note if you left mouse click on one of the boxes such as Followers on the right and hold your mouse down you can control the order of these boxes or whether they're even shown at all by dragging them to the location of your choice with your mouse then releasing.
If you click on View Blog next to Monetize you can copy the url (web address) of your new blog.
That's all there is to the basic setup. Later, I'll show you how to make money with affiliate marketing with some of my own products including an
affiliaite program for a book I wrote that's
very near and dear to my heart. You'll receive a 50% commission everytime a visitor of your Blogger blog clicks on your special link and orders.
I'll also cover how to setup automatic content to your blog via a thing called an RSS feed. Don't worry, blogger makes this easy as well.
